What Is Email Marketing?
One of the best descriptions I’ve seen on line is from wikipedia:
“E-mail marketing is a form of direct marketing which uses electronic mail as a means of communicating commercial or fundraising messages to an audience. In its broadest sense, every e-mail sent to a potential or current customer could be considered e-mail marketing.”
Sometimes Called An Auto-responder:
You basically sign up with an auto-responder service which is the vehicle that delivers your emails to the client.
Why Use Email Marketing?
This is a very easy question to answer. Quite simply, it works, and works extremely well. If you have a business website or blog and don’t use email marketing in your marketing mix you’re missing a trick.
Did you know that most visitors entering your homepage don’t bother doing anything except leave and check out your competition. Don’t believe me? Check out your visitor stats with your web host (if you don’t know how, then speak to the company that hosts your website). You’ll get a massive shock when you do.
Unless you’ve got really compelling copy or your prospective client is happy with what you have to offer and straight up gives you a call. Then you could be missing vital opportunities.
Keep In Contact Buddy – Some Email Marketing Tips
On each and every page of your business website should be a massive (bright flashing lights) call to action. Whether it’s a phone number, email address or opt in form.
In essence, what you’re looking to do is keep in contact with your prospective client to engage them in the buying decision. I did some work 6 weeks back for a kitchen supplier and he stated that the buying cycle for one of their clients was around 9 months. “9 MONTHS”, I was totally shell shocked. So, from the time they get the thought that they need a new kitchen to the time they purchase is 9 months.
Since the messages are targeted to a client that is actually interested in what they have to sell, the conversion rates are unbelievable.
So what Xenstudio did was insert an opt in form on their website for their client to subscribe to their newsletter. What this allowed the company to do was market (send emails) to this client over the period of 9 months whilst the client was making their mind up who to purchase from. Can you see how powerful this? How many of their competitors were doing this? A big fat “O”. Have their sales increased? You bet ya!
Email Marketing Campaigns
As soon as their client added their name and email address. The kitchen company was able to produce a newsletter that was sent out once a month informing them of current new offers and new designs just added.
The Price?
Apart from your time, this is free marketing at its best. There’s no better way to market to your client that costs you less!
So if you need a little help with setting up a company newsletter to take advantage of this marketing strategy and don’t know what to do next, contact us at Xenstudio and we can have something in place for you in a matter of days.

Every pet that passes on should have a tribute to their life of they have been cremated or buried in the family yard. This tribute could be in the form of a pet urn, wood pet urn, dog urns, cat urns, small animal urns, pet grave marker, rock marker or keepsake pet urn.

Another overlooked marketing strategy is using promotional T-shirts as part of your marketing mix. Don’t get me wrong. This won’t work for all businesses. For example, if you’re a dentist, I doubt that you’re going to get any mileage out of using this form of marketing.
Give Them Away
These T-shirts can be given to your clients and even potential clients. If you have employees then let them wear your T-shirts too. You don’t need to be a massive international brand to use this technique. At the end of the day, it’s about getting your name out there and getting your message across.
In addition, by giving them to your employees, you’ll be cementing the feeling of belonging and being a significant part of your business.
Brand that Business
You can design your T-shirts with your branding or simply getting a message across about a current promotion. You can even try a little integrated marketing and share the cost with a similar related business to your own. For example, some of your suppliers would be happy to contribute to the cost of producing the T-shirt as long as they have their logo printed somewhere on that T-shirt.
It Doesn’t Break The Bank
It used to be really expensive to purchase promotional T-shirts, but these days it’s very competitive a there are some decent deals online if you do your research.
Corporate branding on your T-Shirts can really improve the brand awareness of your business in a really short space of time. In the past I’ve used them to promote a specific offer I had on at the time.
Make Sure They’re Good Quality
Don’t scrimp on the quality of T-shirts. Remember, you want these T-shirts to be worn again and again and if you buy a poor quality T-shirt they’re not going to last very long. I truly believe you get out what you put in. If you try to do this on a budget you’re not going to get great results unfortunately.

Don’t forget, if you need some great designs for your T-shirts, let us know here at Xenstudio and we can produce some great designs at great prices.

Pet memorial markers are a unique way of creating a memorial for your pet in the yard. There are unique shaped grave markers as rocks, bones, paw prints as well as laser engraved granite markers, bluestone stone markers all of which can be customized as dog markers, cat markers any type of animal. Some are in a pet urn and pet memorial marker combination as well as just being a rock marker. A graphic and pet information is added for that special pet.

UPDATE II: ABC News quotes a source who says the “divorce is 100 percent on.”
UPDATE: People is also now reporting that Woods’ wife is planning to leave him. A source says, “She’s made up her mind. There’s nothing to think about: he’s never going to change.”

The Mirror reports that Tiger Woods’ wife Elin Nordegren may be seeing celebrity lawyer Sorrell Trope as soon as next week. According to the article, “Elin is believed to be planning to file for divorce in California — where the couple have a home — and not Florida, where they live.” Filing for divorce in California would increase the chances that the couple’s property would be split evenly between the two.
Nordegren was recently spotted without her wedding ring, and MSNBC’s The Scoop quotes a source who says “she and Tiger are living separately now, but she’ll be making this split very open and official right after Christmas.”
Meanwhile, a source tells TMZ that Nordegren is “very close” to signing a contract with Puma, a rival of Nike, the apparel company with which Woods has long been affiliated. This report comes as Woods is struggling to keep his sponsors.
Both rumors follow a steady stream of new alleged [...]

December 7 1941
In his own words, here is Elmer Boice’s recollection of the events leading to the attack on Pearl Habor on Dec. 7, 1941.
It was a Saturday, the 29th of November, 1941. I am assigned to cook in the headquarters of the 16th Coast Artillery, which is located at the base of Diamond Head, Territory of Hawaii.
I enjoyed a few hours at the beach and returned about 3 p.m. to the barracks and was greeted by my bess sergeant, who informed me that we had been put on “alert status.”
It was my responsibility to set up a kitchen and to prepare meals for men who were sent up to Diamond Head, which has an observation area. There were three levels of telescopes which were used to track surface ships up to 30 miles from shore… Read the complete article here
